SHIPPING

We process order 5 times a week. All orders placed before 3pm (Monday-Friday) will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 3pm, on weekends or on bank holidays will be dispatched the next working day,

All orders within the UK will be sent via Royal Mail using either tracked 24, or special delivery by 1pm.

While we strive to ensure prompt delivery, occasionally, there may be delays beyond our control. We cannot be held responsible for any issues with Royal Mail, including delays. We cannot issue a refund for anything we do not have control over.

If a parcel is left outside your address or is stolen after delivery, we will open an investigation with Royal Mail. Please note, we are unable to issue a refund or replacement unless Royal Mail confirms the claim in your favour once the investigation is complete.

If your order is returned to us due to a missed delivery or failure to collect, an additional charge will be applied to resend the parcel.

Important: Due to the nature of our products, Royal Mail cannot leave parcels with a neighbour.

Everything-Aesthetics takes all reasonable steps to ensure orders are processed and dispatched promptly. However, we cannot accept responsibility for any loss of income, profit or business opportunity resulting from delayed or undelivered orders. We are not liable for orders returned to us by customs for any reason. In such cases, a refund will be issued for the returned products, excluding any shipping costs.

REFUNDS

Our refund and returns policy lasts 28 days. If 28 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

We kindly ask that customers cover the cost of return shipping. To ensure your item arrives safely, please package it securely and consider using a trackable shipping service. Unfortunately, shipping costs are non-refundable, but we’ll do our best to make the rest of the return process smooth and hassle-free.
